★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche giorno fa mi recai in questo posto per un problema ad un faro anteriore. Mi è stato detto di lasciare la vettura li per un giorno e guardiamo di risolvere il problema. Giorno successivo verso sera vengo chiamato "la sua vettura è pronta venga a ritirarla" mi reco li e mi ritrovo il faro graffiato e con il problema NON risolto. A sto punto chiedo gentilmente come mai ? Mi è stato detto che la vettura è "PRONTA" ??? A quel punto la risposta è che il faro è danneggiato ed è da sostituire. Già un po con i nervi a tappeto chiedo dinuovo gentilmente si puo finire questo lavoro ? La risposta a questa domanda "vai online li trovi dei fari usati !!! Sono cento e passa € grazie !!!" Per un ultima volta tento di farmi aiutare e li porgo un sito online dove appunto si trovava in vendita uno usato. Li dicevo che precauzionalmente mi sono già informato prima che te mi vieni a dire "vai online" ... la risposta quando al tizio mostrai la proposta online "ma cosa fai con questa roba" e rideva in modo da metterti li come un idiota ..... Allora la mia domanda personale "se fossi un tecnico il problema me lo sarei risolto da solo no ??? Perchè sono venuto in questo posto ??? Penso non serve aggiungere altro .......... La mia conclusione ... Gentilezza : 0 !!! Professionalità : 0 !!! Guasti risolti : 0 !!! Evitate assolutamente questo posto !!!
A few days ago I went to this place because of a problem with a headlight. I was told to leave the car there for a day and we look to solve the problem. Next day in the evening I get called "his car is ready to come and collect" I went there and I find the lighthouse scratched and with the problem NOT solved. At this point I ask kindly why? I was told that the car is "READY" ??? At that point the answer is that the lighthouse is damaged and must be replaced. Already a little with the nerves to the carpet, I ask again, kindly, can you finish this job? The answer to this question "go online you find the headlights used !!! I'm a hundred and pass € thanks !!!" For one last time I try to get help and I offer them an online site where exactly one was used for sale. I told you that precautionary I have already informed you before you come to me to say "go online" ... the answer when the guy showed the online proposal "what do you do with this stuff" and laughed so as to put you like an idiot. .... Then my personal question "if I were a technician the problem I would have solved it alone not ??? Why I came to this place ??? I think you do not need to add more .......... My conclusion ... Kindness: 0 !!! Professionalism: 0! Failure resolved: 0 !!! Avoid this place absolutely !!!
