M	Maurizio Vaschetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutte le volte che cerchi un pezzo di ricambio per un bagno comprato da loro non è mai presente (oggi per la terza volta) per di più mi forniscono una tavoletta del wc non come quella originale ma compatibile.... primo senza avvisarti, secondo con attacchi diversi, terzo senza istruzioni all'interno della confezione.... torni per chiedere spiegazioni e con arroganza ti dicono che se ti va bene e così e se non sei capace di chiamare un installatore(che chissà quanto ti costa!) Complimenti per voi il cliente è proprio un bene...... si non averlo! Whenever you are looking for a spare part for a bathroom bought from them, it is never present (today for the third time), moreover they provide me with a toilet seat not like the original one but compatible .... first without warning, second with different attacks, third without instructions inside the package .... you come back to ask for explanations and with arrogance they tell you that if you are okay and so and if you are not able to call an installer (who knows how much it costs you!) Congratulations for you the customer is really good ... yes, don't have it!

Non basta solo la cortesia ma anche la professionalità.... vabbè vorrà dire che i miei soldi li darò volentieri a qualcun'altro che mi segue di più. Bad ..... after 4 days I still wait for a quote from the seller and I showed up there by appointment !! Il personale è preparato, disponibile e in più occasioni ho avuto la percezione del lavoro di squadra per servire bene e velocemente il cliente. Entrate anche solo per curiosare e prendervi un caffè: leggere le recensioni degli altri non basta, bisogna giudicare di persona.
