All interno del pacco mancavano dei prodotti
Mi è stato risposto che finche’non risolvono con gls (il pacco era ammaccato e chiuso con il loro nastro adesivo)
Dopo quattro giorni mi hanno scritta che mi mandano il prodotto mancante piu un plaid k gls aveva sporcato
Pensavo di non servirvirmi piu da loro
Invece sono stati seri ed affidabili(soprattutto le ragazze Marta e Chiata ragazza che hanno preso a cuore la situazione)
Credo che acquisterò ancora i prodotti sono di qualità ed economici
Il mio sbaglio è stato non firmare con riserva
Non e’colpa loro ma di gls
I paid on delivery
Products were missing inside the package
I was told that until they solve with gls (the package was dented and closed with their adhesive tape)
After four days they wrote me that they send me the missing product plus a k gls plaid had dirty
I thought I no longer needed them
Instead they were serious and reliable (especially the girls Marta and Chiata who took the situation to heart)
I believe I will buy again the products are quality and cheap
My mistake was not to sign conditionally
It is not their fault but gls
