Ho trovato la consulente, Sharon, che mi ha ascoltata, capita e mi ha indirizzata verso il cuscino che faceva per me e facendomelo provare. Professionalità e cortesia, bello anche fare due chiacchiere. Mi sono sentita a casa! Grazie!! The shop is very nice and very welcoming. E' il miglior investimento che si può fare sulla salute. La consulenza, la professionalità e la simpatia dell'addetta alle vendite del negozio è stata determinante nella scelta di un prodotto che si doveva adattare alle esigenze di un fisico "acciaccato". Bravi ed educati anche gli addetti alla consegna. Sono più che soddisfatta. Sono tornata per acquistare un guanciale per ricorrenti problemi cervicali. I dolori al collo da distesa sono dimenticati. Consiglio di fare le prove in negozio per individuare il guanciale più adatto. E' tutta un'altra vita! Diffidare dalle imitazioni. La qualità non è la stessa. The delivery staff are also good and polite. I am more than satisfied. I went back to buy a pillow for recurring neck problems. Stretching neck pains are forgotten. I recommend doing tests in the shop to find the most suitable pillow. It's a whole other life! Be wary of imitations. The quality is not the same.

Ha mostrato anche una grandissima pazienza e disponibilità nel mostrarci e farci provare vari prodotti, una nota positiva anche al negozio, pulito curato e profumato, insomma da consigliare assolutamente! Molto gentile, con un sorriso (cosa rara in questo periodo) e molto disponibile. Essendo io una persona molto esigente ho posto molte domande e mi sono voluto informare su tutto ciò che riguardava un eventuale acquisto, compreso il materiale, le varie funzioni, i tipi di letto e ho trovato una persona molto preparata. Sicura di se e del prodotto che vende! Il negozio era in buono stato, in ordine e profumato. Consiglio vivamente una visita! I went to this shop on Saturday with my wife for a quote.
