Siamo arrivati in negozio e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trovare una degli interior designer subito disponibile per un appuntamento poiché gliene era saltato un altro. Ci ha guidati nella scelta dei materiali e nel progetto e in solo una settimana abbiamo avuto sia il preventivo sia il rendering 3D del progetto stesso. Le tre stelle invece di cinque sono solo perché il prezzo è un po' caro, soprattutto la posa, poiché si appoggiano a una ditta esterna, e al fatto che non abbiamo proceduto, quindi non posso valutare l'esecuzione lavori, ma il servizio clienti è impeccabile e lo dico a ragion veduta, avendo avuto una pessima esperienza, invece, con i loro concorrenti a pochi metri.

He guided us in the choice of materials and in the project and in just a week we had both the estimate and the 3D rendering of the project itself. The three stars instead of five are only because the price is a bit expensive, especially the installation, since they rely on an external company, and the fact that we have not proceeded, so I cannot evaluate the execution of the works, but the customer service it is impeccable and I say this with good reason, having had a bad experience, however, with their competitors a few meters away.
