M	Morena Morena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto fare degli occhiali con le lenti progressive. Sono state rifatte due volte perche' non andavano assolutamente bene. Dopo un mese di tempo ho richiesto indietro la caparra ma mi e' stato detto che non e' possibile fare cio'. Allora ho chiesto di poter acquistare soltanto la montatura chiedendo di riavere almeno la differenza tra caparra e costo della montatura ma anche cosi' si sono rifiutati. Dunque secondo loro dovrei comperare in qualunque caso l'occhiale che non va bene ed e' inutilizzabile dato che a quanto pare non sono in grado di sistemare il problema (vista sfocata in alcuni punti). Veramente assurdo. I had glasses made with progressive lenses. They were redone twice because they weren't going well. After a month of time I asked for the deposit back but I was told that it is not possible to do this. So I asked to be able to buy only the frame asking to get back at least the difference between the deposit and the cost of the frame but even so they refused. So according to them I should buy in any case the glasses that are not good and are unusable since apparently they are not able to fix the problem (blurred view in some points). Really absurd.

Ho fatto controllare gli occhiali da un altro ottico e mi è stato detto che non sono state centrate correttamente!! Ho buttato via più di 300€ MAI PIU!!! Unfortunately it didn't go so well for me! I bought the sunglasses frame but then the progressive lenses weren't good, I came back but nothing has changed !! I had the glasses checked by another optician and I was told that they were not centered correctly !! I threw away more than € 300 NEVER AGAIN !!!
