I needed to make an appointment for my husband to perform a particular exam after waiting 20 minutes on the phone without knowing the estimated waiting time that other institutes normally offer, they hung up! Cecchi e una volta arrivata lì non mi hanno fatto fare la visita in quanto a loro dire la mia prenotazione non era presente da nessuna parte. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO ???????????????????????????? Attese lunghissime e a volte fini a se stesse. High quality professionals and average fees. Particularly in the afternoon, however, it is practically impossible to communicate with the structure by telephone. Long waits and sometimes ends in themselves.
S	SERENA FALLANI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 21 gennaio alle ore 16.50 mi sono recata nella struttura per eseguire un esame radiologico per mio figlio minorenne ( 9 anni) precedentemente fissato. All'entrata una volontaria svolgeva funzione di rilevare la temperatura ma si esprime dicendomi di provarci la febbre, le faccio notare che non l'abbiamo. Poi chiede a me il gp compiendo un atto illecito in quanto accompagnatrice di minore quindi le fsccio presente che non sono tenuta ad esibirlo e con fare alterato mi mette in mano un foglio da compilare. Le faccio ovviamente notare che deve usare modi più garbati ma lei continua fiera il suo ruolo di controllore non degnandomi di uno sguardo. Formateli un minimo questi volontari! I obviously point out that she has to use more polite ways but she proudly continues her role as controller by not deigning to look at me. Train these volunteers a minimum!

La professionalità e il buon nome della struttura dipendono sicuramente in buona parte da una gestione attenta e sensibile e dall'ascolto dedicato all'utenza. Ottimo dr Trallori, peccato che prima della sedazione per colonscopia ho avuto un attacco di ansia anche per la mascherina che mi impediva di respirare, l'anestesista e l'infermiera hanno gestito quei momenti con sprezzante freddezza, invitandomi a stare sdraiata e ricollocandomi a forza in posizione.. I commenti sono stati ironici e scontati. Peccato che il personale non abbia un minimo di preparazione psicologica...
