★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 4 mesi di attesa appuntamento stamani ore 9.30 24 dicembre ...2021 per ecografia arriviamo io e mio figlio, si avvicina una signora, devo dire in maniera molto educata e mi chiede di cosa avevo bisogno .Mi dice di attendere dopo 3 minuti rientra con un foglio di carta stile anni 80 con varie scancellature e tenta di spiegarmi che l'appuntamento era stato rimandato provando a contattarmi con recapiti ( inesistenti) Nel 2021 dopo un appuntamento fissato online non avere un email è gravissimo.Cambiate lavoro è meglio.
 After 4 months of waiting for an appointment this morning at 9.30 24 December ... 2021 my son and I arrive for ultrasound, a lady approaches, I must say in a very polite way and asks me what I needed. She tells me to wait after 3 minutes she comes back with an 80s-style sheet of paper with various undercuts and tries to explain to me that the appointment had been postponed by trying to contact me with contact details (nonexistent) In 2021, after an appointment fixed online, not having an email is very serious.Change jobs are better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per prenotare degli esami , mi hanno detto che non era necessaria, perfetto arrivo la mattina alle 8.30 e trovo solo 50 persone in coda, esami da fare a digiuno , quindi decido di andare via. Forse con la prenotazione sarei riuscita a fare gli esami.
I called to book some exams, they told me it wasn't necessary, perfect arrival in the morning at 8.30 and I find only 50 people in the queue, exams to do on an empty stomach, so I decide to leave. Perhaps with the reservation I would have been able to take the exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina avevo appuntamento per esami del sangue..con la prenotazione zerocoda. Accettazione tutto bene.. Poi essendoci solo un infermiere che fa il prelievo a causa di un intoppo con una persona (cosa che può succedere!!) ci siamo trovati ad aspettare tutti insieme in una stanza.. Troppe persone nello stesso posto! ! Se non organizzano meglio il prelievo con almeno 2 infermieri sicuramente da evitare
This morning I had an appointment for blood tests .. with the zero-tail reservation. Acceptance all right .. Then there being only one nurse who does the blood sample due to a hitch with a person (which can happen !!) we found ourselves waiting all together in a room .. Too many people in the same place! ! If they do not better organize the sampling with at least 2 nurses, definitely to be avoided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semplicemente perché non rispettano gli orari degli appuntamenti. Sono stato da loro per due volte ed ho aspettato rispettivamente 45 minuti e 1 ora 15.
Se lavorate e prendete permesso vi sconsiglio la synlab.
Simply because they don't respect appointment times. I've been to them twice and waited 45 minutes and 1 hour 15 respectively.
If you work and take leave, I do not recommend synlab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo avuto molte difficoltà con la mia assicurazione sulla salute ed avevo necessità di fare alcuni esami stretto giro.
Solo grazie alla cortesia disponibilità ed indiscussa professionalità delle signore Claudia, Nadia ed infine della signora Susanna sono riuscito a risolvere il problema.
Consiglio a tutti in caso di necessità di usufruire di questa eccellente struttura.

I had been having a lot of trouble with my health insurance and needed to do some close examinations.
Only thanks to the courtesy, availability and undisputed professionalism of Mrs. Claudia, Nadia and finally Mrs. Susanna I was able to solve the problem.
I recommend to everyone in case of need to take advantage of this excellent structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo se non fosse per la fila che ho dovuto fare in questi giorni a causa dei tamponi che non si trovano più da nessuna parte...
Comunque ci sono stato alle volte in periodi non COVID e le cose erano decisamente migliori!!! Lo consiglio, anche se visto che é privato e quindi c'è da spendere un po' di più, il servizio é migliore e più rapido!!!
Great if it weren't for the queue I had to do these days because of the tampons that are nowhere to be found ...
However I have been there at times in non-COVID periods and things were much better !!! I recommend it, even if since it is private and therefore you have to spend a little more, the service is better and faster !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STATENE ALLA LARGA. Visita per mio padre, ecografia all’addome prenotato per le 10.50. Visita già pagata e in attesa fuori perché pensavamo ci fossero persone dentro. Alle 11.40 si apre la porta e esce una dottoressa che parla con unaltro paziente sempre in attesa che poi se ne va. Subito dopo rientra nella stanza VUOTA. Al che abbiamo chiesto informazioni e la dottoressa in tono molto minaccioso ci ha detto testuali parole “ se vuole aspettare aspetti sennò che se ne vada!” Vi sembra una cosa normale? Dopo averci discusso per un po’ c’è ne siamo andati dopo aver chiesto il rimborso e accompagnati da imprechi della suddetta dottoressa.
Persino la ragazza alla reception scuoteva la testa e ci chiedeva continuamente scusa.
Perso 2 ore del nostro tempo per un nulla di fatto.
Seriamente INDIGNATI
STAY AWAY. Visit for my father, ultrasound of the abdomen booked for 10.50 am. Visit already paid and waiting outside because we thought there were people inside. At 11.40 the door opens and a doctor comes out who talks to another patient, always waiting, who then leaves. Immediately after, reenter the EMPTY room. To which we asked for information and the doctor in a very threatening tone told us the exact words "if he wants to wait, wait for him to go!" Does this seem normal to you? After discussing it for a while, we left after asking for a refund and accompanied by the curses of the aforementioned doctor.
Even the girl at the reception was shaking her head and constantly apologizing to us.
Lost 2 hours of our time for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che fin da piccola ho sempre avuto delle vene molto sottili e difficili da individuare per questo motivo non ho mai vissuto tropppo bene il momento del prelievo.
Fortunatamente stamani facendo il prelievo ho trovato due infermiere veramente molto gentili ed estremamente professionali che con pazienza sono riuscite a trovare " vene introvabili" e a fare subito il prelievo.
Quindi grazie davvero a Giulia e Lucrezia qualora dovessi fare altri esami del sangue tornerei sicuramente da Synalab a Sesto Fiorentino.

I state that since I was a child I have always had very thin and difficult to identify veins for this reason I have never lived the time of collection too well.
Fortunately, this morning while taking the blood sample, I found two really very kind and extremely professional nurses who patiently managed to find "unavailable veins" and to make the blood sample immediately.
So thank you very much to Giulia and Lucrezia if I had to do other blood tests I would definitely go back to Synalab in Sesto Fiorentino.
