★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scrivo qui perché ho provato a telefonare ma non mi risponde nessuno..è da ieri sera che aspetto un pacco speditomi da mazara 2 giorni fa (pesce congelato tra l'altro)e non è ancora arrivato..la consegna era prevista per domenica sera..abbiamo aspettato tutta la sera e la notte la chiamata del trasportatore ma nessuno ci ha contattato..mio padre stamattina è venuto a informarsi ma non gli avete saputo dire niente su dove si trova attualmente il pacco visto che lo avete consegnato a terzi..io sto provando a contattarvi telefonicamente ma nessuno risponde..

Il titolare diceva che con questo tipo di spedizione mi MONITORAVA e GARANTIVA l'arrivo del pacco nel pomeriggio, invece è arrivato di mattina CAUSANDO DISAGIO perché eravamo a lavoro. NESSUNO MI HA RIMBORSATO, un esperienza da NON RIPETERE MAI PIÙ, SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE.
