S	Simone Cicchini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato in questo loco in quanto aspetto un ordine inoltrato ben quattro mesi fa e oltre tutte le procedure applicate a seguito del momento mi hanno fatto perdere un intera giornata lavorativa senza darmi nessun tipo di aiuto,indicandomi solo di telefono fare al numero interessato per queste pratiche il quale mi ha detto che ha s.arrito l ordinee ,per cui dovrò prendere provvedimenti a seguito di questo comportamento ,quindi sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a questo corriere,grazie una buona giornata. Si presenta una signora di mezza età, straniera con modi fare arroganti. Gli porgo il pacco chiuso e sigillato come richiesto per la conformità della spedizione da mandare a mio figlio a Londra come regalo di Natale. Il corriere ha iniziato ad inveirmi contro obbligandomi ad aprirlo completamete, e a sua volta i regali all interno fino a scartargli davanti perfino dei calzetti nuovi dal suo imballo originale, minacciandomi che in caso contrario non l avrebbe spedito. Alla fine di tutto mi dice che ci vuole un modulo ( incapibile il nome, dovuto da una pronuncia e lessico pessimo) per decifrare i beni inseriti all interno. Io con tutta calma gli spiego che è già stato fatto nel momento in cui ho richiesto la spedizione con mondo spedizione (impeccabili e gentilissimi nell aiutarmi). Lei inizia ad accampare scuse dicendo che ormai era troppo tardi e che dovevo portarmelo da solo in sede per la spedizione. Al che sono stato obbligata a portare il pacco in sede. In sede ho chiesto delucidazione ,non datemi da nessuno, si sono presi il pacco ormai richiuso malamente con relativi regali danneggiati e me l hanno spedito. Vi do un consiglio, in un mondo pieno di corrieri, affidatevi ad altre compagnie. Poor quality of the selected staff, total absence of professionalism, rudeness and indifference. r	roberto balducci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo chiesto "e pagato" un giovedi consegna entro le ore 12 di del Venerdi ma il pacco arriverà solo Lunedì (Il Venerdi era arrivato a Mi un po' tardi e nessuno ha potuto trovare un modo per allungarlo fino ad Arese). Prossima volta però citofonate. Una volta ho chiamato il Customer Care e l'Operatrice è stata molto cortese. La Filiale del Gross ha personale cordiale ed efficiente. DHL è probabilmente il Corriere più oneroso o tra i più costosi ma è quello che ho usato ed userei per spedizioni e consegne importanti (Tribunale, Estero, Documenti ecc...) per la loro affidabilità sia in spedizione che in consegna. I've never had a problem picking up or having a package delivered to me. Constant information with sms or mail. Once I called Customer Care and the Operator was very courteous.
