★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho effettuato un ciclo di terapia con onde d'urto e mi sono trovata bene con la dottoressa che mi ha preso in carico,a distanza di tempo il dolore non si e' piu' presentato,grazie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per vari mesi ho seguito un programma di fisioterapia e riabilitazione presso questo centro convenzionato; non solo ho trovato professionalità e competenza, ma soprattutto quel supporto umano che è così importante per chi, come me, ha subìto un evento traumatico, o è malato, tanto che, se oggi sto meglio, molto lo devo a loro.
La struttura è moderna, pulita e funzionale, dotata di macchinari di nuova generazione.
Vorrei ringraziare in particolare la Dott.ssa Maraone, il Dott. Alessi, i fisioterapisti Michele, Riccardo e Carla e Monica della segreteria.
For several months I followed a physiotherapy and rehabilitation program at this conventioned center; not only have I found professionalism and competence, but above all that human support that is so important for those who, like me, have suffered a traumatic event, or are ill, so much so that, if I am better today, I owe it to them a lot.
The structure is modern, clean and functional, equipped with new generation machinery.
I would like to thank in particular Dr. Maraone, Dr. Alessi, the physiotherapists Michele, Riccardo and Carla and Monica of the secretariat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fisioterapisti sono sempre gentili e professionali, con il poco tempo e spazio a disposizione si danno veramente da fare. Peccato che a causa di queste carenze, a volte non abbiano tempo e modo di seguire le persone come si deve, notando i problemi collaterali a quelli che hanno portato da loro. Questo purtroppo significa che a volte chi viene seguito da loro, nonostante la buona volontà che essi dimostrano, non possa trarre i benefici che necessiterebbe se potessero fare come si deve il loro lavoro seguendo UNA persona per volta
Physiotherapists are always kind and professional, with little time and space available they really do get done. Too bad that due to these shortcomings, sometimes they do not have time and way to follow people properly, noticing the collateral problems to those they brought from them. This unfortunately means that sometimes those who are followed by them, despite the good will they demonstrate, cannot derive the benefits they would need if they could do their job properly by following ONE person at a time

Arrivo della dottoressa alle 14.20 con già altre persone davanti a me che l'aspettavano, dottoressa super scortese e neanche una minima scusa nei confronti di noi pazienti per il suo ritardo..
Quando gli é stato fatto notare il ritardo si é girata anche con maleducazione!
Appuntamento alle 14.15 sono stata visitata alle 15? e tutto questo a pagamento!!

I went to Villa Hesperia for an ultrasound appointment at 2.15pm
Arrival of the doctor at 2.20 pm with other people in front of me already waiting for her, super rude doctor and not even the slightest apology to us patients for her delay ..
When the delay was pointed out, she also turned with rudeness!
Appointment at 14.15 I was visited at 15? and all this for a fee !!
Well done!!
Punctuality and education absent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato un ciclo di fisioterapia ed ho chiesto alla reception un appuntamento con il fisiatra, per fargli visionare gli esami richiesti, mi rispondeva che dovevo prendere appuntamento tramite il Cup il quale mi diceva che era una procedura sbagliata ma comunque mi dava appuntamento con il fisiatra.
Il giorno della visita vado alla reception pago il ticket, dopo la visita capisco che non avrei dovuto pagare e un'altra operatrice mi conferma l'errore dicendomi che la collega si era sbagliata come anche la seonda che mi ha fatto pagare , nonostante mi abbia chiesto se ero in cura da loro....
Non mi è stato proposto alcun rimborso!
I started a cycle of physiotherapy and I asked the reception for an appointment with the physiatrist, to let him view the required exams, he replied that I had to make an appointment through the Cup which told me it was a wrong procedure but still gave me an appointment with the physiatrist .
The day of the visit I go to the reception I pay the ticket, after the visit I understand that I should not have paid and another operator confirms the mistake by telling me that the colleague was wrong as well as the second who made me pay, despite having asked if I was being treated by them ....
I have not been offered any refunds!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato presso il centro Servizi Medici Hesperia per accompagnare una persona per la fisioterapia. La struttura si trova lungo una delle vie principali di Bordighera. Purtroppo nelle immediate vicinanze non si trovano posti auto / moto per coloro che devono accedere alla struttura. Si deve posteggiare i veicoli a rischio di contravvenzione al C.d.S. oppure farsi accompagnare. L'interno del locale è molto ampio e molto ben organizzato. Ci sono le sedie per coloro che attendono loro turno ed anche una macchina per gli snack/bibite. La mia recensione si limita ad una mera descrizione della struttura, non posso interloquire circa le capacità dei medici / operatori sanitari. L'accesso è garantito da alcune segretarie che seguono le pratiche medico/sanitarie e fissano gli appuntamenti. Il bancone è protetto da una lastra di plexiglas anti covid-19.
I went to the Hesperia Medical Services center to accompany a person for physiotherapy. The property is located along one of the main streets of Bordighera. Unfortunately, in the immediate vicinity there are no parking spaces for cars / motorcycles for those who must access the structure. Vehicles at risk of contravention must be parked at the C.d.S. or be accompanied. The interior of the restaurant is very large and very well organized. There are chairs for those waiting for their turn and also a snack / drink machine. My review is limited to a mere description of the facility, I cannot speak about the capabilities of the doctors / health professionals. Access is guaranteed by some secretaries who follow the medical / health procedures and set appointments. The counter is protected by an anti covid-19 plexiglass plate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forse sarebbe il caso di cambiare ecografista.Chiamo per un'ecografia a reni e vescica, in seguito a dolori e valori delle urine sballati e mi viene chiesto di scegliere o una o l'altra (due anni prima stesso posto, dottore diverso, mi hanno controllato entrambi per avere un quadro completo). Esco con più dubbi di prima, una diagnosi non richiesta di ovaio policistico che non corrisponde alla realtà e senza risolvere il problema che mi ha spinta a recarmi lì. Risultato? Prenoto un'ecografia altrove e ho parecchia sabbia nei reni e nella vescica che la dottoressa in questione non ha visto. Chi lo sa, forse si sarà formata durante la notte?

Let's say for a kidney and bladder ultrasound, following pain and high urine values and I am asked to choose either one or the other (two years ago same place, different doctor, I they both checked to get a complete picture). I come out with more doubts than before, an unsolicited diagnosis of polycystic ovary that does not correspond to reality and without solving the problem that prompted me to go there. Result? I book an ultrasound elsewhere and have a lot of sand in my kidneys and bladder that the doctor in question hasn't seen. Who knows, maybe it formed overnight?
