★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo rifatto la copertura del pergolato, su loro consiglio abbiamo optato per la copertura in vetro temperato. Siamo molto soddisfatti del lavoro sopratutto per l'attenzione ai particolari. Consigliati anche per gli infissi e persiane.
We have redone the roof of the pergola, on their advice we have opted for the cover in tempered glass. We are very satisfied with the work especially for the attention to details. Also recommended for windows and shutters.

Il sig.r Simonetta mi invita allo showroom per scegliere gli infissi.Pazientemente mi fa vedere e mi spiega di che materiale sono e come vengono costruiti, i pro e contro sia di un tipo di materiale che l'altro.
Questa settimana sono venuti a montare gli infissi a casa mia,i serramenti sono di alta qualità e prezzi competitivi.I lavori sono stati eseguiti da personale qualificato e professionale,attenti hai minimi particolari.

Hello, through acquaintances I contacted the Simonetta window and door company.
Mr. Simonetta invites me to the showroom to choose the fixtures. He patiently shows me and explains me what material they are and how they are built, the pros and cons of both types of material and the other.
This week they came to assemble the fixtures in my house, the windows are of high quality and competitive prices.The work was carried out by qualified and professional personnel, careful with the smallest details.

Chiesto ai primi di dicembre intervento per riparazione di una porta.
Ricevuto visita di un loro tecnico "....le faremo sapere quando verremo...."
Siamo a marzo e non abbiamo ancora visto nessuno, nonostante le numerose telefonate per sollecitare la riparazione.
Sarebbe stato più serio dirci da subito che non volevano assumere il lavoro.
Contattato altro centro di serramenti, in 48 ore ci hanno risolto il problema.
Dimostrazione di poca serietà e poco rispetto per il cliente.
Totally bad personal experience.

Received a visit from one of their technicians ".... we will let you know when we come ...."
We are in March and we have not seen anyone yet, despite numerous phone calls to request repairs.
It would have been more serious to tell us right away that they didn't want to take the job.
Contacted another window and door center, they solved the problem in 48 hours.
Demonstration of little seriousness and little respect for the customer.
