★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni volta che mi reco agli uffici Serit è un'odissea. Attendi ore per non concludere nulla, visto il personale sgarbato e il pessimo servizio. Ho provato tramite pec ma non leggono le e-mail e, di fatto, non rispondono nemmeno. Il telefono è come se non esistesse. Non sono degni di un paese civile.
Every time I go to the Serit offices it is an odyssey. Wait hours to not finish anything, given the rude staff and the bad service. I tried through pec but they don't read the e-mails and, in fact, they don't even reply. The phone is as if it didn't exist. They are not worthy of a civilized country.
