Si comportano come una associazione per delinquere. Telefonate, messaggi, mail e squilli di telefono. Al telefono hanno toni minacciosi... Qualche magistrato di buona volontà può indagare su questi personaggi che usano sistemi illegali per ottenere denaro non dovuto? Ma credo che il problema non siano loro ma le aziende che gli affidano le pratiche e che perdono completamente la faccia. Nell'era di internet magari recuperi 200 euro ma ti becchi recensioni negative che te li fanno perdere con gli interessi. For the methods they use as debt collection, I think one star is too much.
