F	Fra Marmo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perché non se ne possono mettere 0.....su 10 unghie, 4 presentavano muffa e la cosa ancora più scioccante è che tutto ciò è stato fatto passare come “normale”! La ricostruzione delle unghie è stata fatta decisamente male, anche riguardo al lato estetico...l’unica cosa buona erano i prezzi, ma prima di vedere il risultato!!!!!!! E per di più sono venute tutte via dopo meno di una settimana...! I put a star because you can't put 0 ..... out of 10 nails, 4 had mold and the even more shocking thing is that this was passed off as "normal"! The nail reconstruction was done very badly, also with regard to the aesthetic side ... the only good thing was the prices, but before you see the result !!!!!!! And what's more, they all left after less than a week ...!

Consiglio a tutti di passare da lei! I love this place .. after having tried various beauty centers I found Serenity ... Nice clean and welcoming place .. I did face cleansing, pedicure and manicure and I have always had a great time .. but the permanent eyebrow makeup is the top. .Serena is super precise and besides having passion for what she does she is very professional, nice and energetic. I recommend everyone to visit her!

R	Rina Bianco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi è stato fatto un ritocco gel con ricostruzione di una sola unghia saltata mentre veniva effettuato il lavoro (premetto che la ricostruzione fatta in precedenza era stata effettuata 6 settimane prima in un altro centro altamente qualificato ma a detta della proprietaria del centro Serenity erano stati utilizzati prodotti scadenti (assolutamente falso!!!)). L'unghia ricostruita da lei è durata ben 3 giorni poiché subito si è iniziata a sollevare fino a staccarsi completamente e così le altre unghie a seguire. L'ho subito contattata riferendo l'accaduto ma la sua risposta è stata che mi aveva già avvisata che sarebbe potuto accadere spiegandomi anche la motivazione quando ero stata nel suo centro (cosa non vera!!!), Da quel momento in poi ovviamente non ha più risposto. Considerato il risultato finale....una stella è fin troppo!!!! I was given a gel retouch with the reconstruction of a single skipped nail while the work was being carried out (I state that the reconstruction done previously had been carried out 6 weeks earlier in another highly qualified center but according to the owner of the Serenity center they had been used poor products (absolutely fake !!!)). The nail rebuilt by her lasted 3 days as it immediately began to lift until it came off completely and so did the other nails to follow. I immediately contacted her reporting what happened but her response was that she had already warned me that it could happen, also explaining the motivation when I was in her center (which is not true !!!), From that moment on obviously not answered more. Considering the final result .... one star is too much !!!!
