★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata aiutata da Yari perchè cercavo un prodotto, è stato talmente bravo e gentile che mi ha truccato per farmi vedere ciò che mi consigliava. Consiglio davvero questo ragazzo bravissimo truccatore. Pensavo mi sarebbe arrivata la mail da Sephora e non vedendola, ho pensato di scrivere qui come mi sono trovata.
 I was helped by Yari because I was looking for a product, he was so good and kind that he made me up to show me what he recommended. I really recommend this great guy makeup artist. I thought I would receive the email from Sephora and not seeing it, I thought I'd write here how I found myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una cosa incredibile, nel momento in cui si fa un passo nel negozio si viene pedinati da una o più commesse che ripetutamente cercano di dare consigli e cercano di vendere ciò che vogliono. È impossibile provare e sentire i profumi esposti e farsi un'idea di ciò che si vorrebbe comprare. Lo spazio all'interno del negozio è molto ristretto e sembra che sia stato progettato appositamente per non potersi muovere liberamente e essere liberi di guardare ciò che è esposto. Sono rimasto allibito tant'è che sono andato in un altro negozio a testare i profumi che mi interessavano.
It's an incredible thing, the moment you step into the shop you are stalked by one or more shop assistants who repeatedly try to give advice and try to sell what they want. It is impossible to try and feel the perfumes on display and get an idea of what you would like to buy. The space inside the shop is very small and it seems that it has been specially designed to not be able to move freely and to be free to look at what is on display. I was so stunned that I went to another store to test the perfumes that interested me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata accolta con gentilezza e cortesia, consigliata nelle mie scelte, ho potuto provare tutto ciò che ho chiesto. Alla cassa sono stata omaggiata con diversi campioncini, non forniti a caso, ma in base alle mie esigenze. Staff preparato e prodotti top. Ringrazio la ragazza bionda con gli occhiali rotondi, giovanissima ma super preparata.
I was welcomed with kindness and courtesy, advised in my choices, I was able to try everything I asked for. At the checkout I was honored with several samples, not provided at random, but according to my needs. Prepared staff and top products. I thank the blonde girl with round glasses, very young but super prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante una giornata di shopping mi sono fermata da Sephora per acquistare il mio fondotinta dato che lo sto finendo. Avevo più dubbi riguardo alla tonalità ed in generale ai prodotti skincare che stavo utilizzando; ho avuto la fortuna di trovare Paola, gentilissima e professionale, che mi ha indicato sulla base dei miei colori e delle mie necessità i prodotti più affini alle mie esigenze. Oltre ad essere stata di enorme aiuto, non ha in alcun modo forzato la mano nell’acquisto, con il risultato che sicuramente tornerò da lei ad acquistare i prodotti che mi ha consigliato e non mi recherò in altri punti vendita o sullo shop online, nonostante io viva ad un’ora e mezza di distanza!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado con mia sorella per cambiare un prodotto sbagliato da loro fornito, ho chiesto una crema e mi hanno dato una acqua tonica di shiseido pur di vendere.. che brutto gesto. Capisco che la linea ha cambiato i prodotti ma se li vendono devono pure conoscerli. Insomma aspettiamo la fila per mostrare il green pass come tutti, arrivato il nostro turno, fa entrare solo me e invece mia sorella che voleva acquistare un mascara le dice di stare fuori ahahah. Rido perché non oso immaginare quel imprenditore che paga una dipendente del genere. Entriamo e acquistiamo, facciamo cambio prodotto e sempre questa addosso. Prometto che acquistato molto spesso da sephora ma mi è proprio caduta visto questi gesti. Andrò da douglas che sicuramente non prendono i clienti con gli schiaffi in faccia. Il negozio era vuoto e non ci faceva entrare in 5 persone di cui 3 davanti a noi . Follia pura pagare delle persone così... nonostante i loro prodotti non ci tornerò mai più.

I understand that the line has changed the products but if they sell them they must also know them. I laugh because I dare not imagine that entrepreneur paying an employee like that. We go in and buy, we change the product and always wear it. I promise that bought very often from sephora but I really fell for these gestures. I'll go to douglas who definitely don't take customers with slaps in the face. The shop was empty and did not allow us to enter 5 people including 3 in front of us. Sheer madness paying people like this ... despite their products I will never go back.
