One bad thing is that they had run out of lots of stuff...the dreaded sold out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not say too much about the "normal" service och this place since I were only there once. However the one time impressed me. A lady came up to us and asked if we needed any help. She then showed us around, showed us the news and the classics while talking about the brands, different flavours of perfume and much more.
I'm the typical cheap guy when it comes to perfumes as i usually buy 10 euro perfumes as a maximum. However her service and being so nice made me want to buy something, just for the cause of giving back to someone who treats customers so good.
Clean and nice store, super friendly staff and guidance for beginners from zero to hero basically. Will for sure visit again next time I visit Milano.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product range is amazing, Sephora is the only beauty retailer in Italy stocking trendy brands such as Fenty, Huda etc. Why 3 stars, then? The shop assistants chase you like hungry foxes and keep asking you questions even though you're wearing headphones, are clearly busy swatching products and do not need or want help. I work in retail myself so I understand that often this behaviour is imposed from above, but PLEASE guys, try to do your job gracefully and you will also boost sales!! (I am heading online to buy a Fenty foundation because I couldn't stand the heavy atmosphere instore anymore...)
