Senza dubbio il mio beauty shop preferito grazie alla qualità dei prodotti ma soprattutto grazie alla professionalità, disponibilità e soprattutto cortesia delle ragazze. Un punto a favore anche per il ragazzo che si occupa dell'ingresso davvero simpatico e disponibile As good as ever, as in all Sephora stores I have visited. Without doubt my favorite beauty shop thanks to the quality of the products but above all thanks to the professionalism, availability and above all courtesy of the girls. C	Charly Candy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto piccolo e angusto. Dentro ci si muove a fatica, essendo che per farci stare il più gondole possibile, le hanno stipate all'inverosimile. Entri e praticamente, ti trovi di fronte due specie di colonne che certo non facilitano l'entrata. Scarso l'assortimento, essendo appunto il posto piccolo. Le altre recensioni che dicono che è grande, probabilmente hanno ragione. È grande per una profumeria di provincia di como. Ma già il negozio di fianco di Kiko è altrettanto, ma per un brand solo. Le commesse giovani sono molto carine e disponibili e veramente sono brave. A me invece è toccata in cassa una di 40, terribile, che sembrava infastidita pure di stare li. Se le chiedevi una cosa non poteva dire di no, ma le dava fastidio. Sai quando fanno una cosa ma eviterebbero. Le dava proprio fastidio. Lei voleva, prendi, chiudi lo scontrino e fuori. Io che ho 70 anni mai mi sono permessa di fare così nel mio lavoro. Tra l'altro hanno fatto tipo dei sacchetti con prodotti tipo mistery, ma brutti, che sembrano la pesca dell'oratorio e cercano di venderteli in cassa. Poi hanno tutti sti marchi vetero tipo Lancome, EsteeLauder, Gucci, Clinique da sciuretta che sembra di stare negli anni 90. In più non sanno neanche che promozioni fa sephora, perché gliele devi dire tu. Un grande mah. Per me non dura tanto. Small and cramped place. L	Lucrezia Macchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, ieri ho acquistato 2 prodotti da regalare per Natale (un profumo ed uno smalto)approfittando del black friday al 20% di sconto, siccome superavo i 120.00 € di spesa il mio sconto si è alzato al 25%....arrivata a casa mi sono accorta di aver sbagliato il colore dello smalto ed oggi sono tornata a cambiarlo, siccome non superavo più i 120.00€ di spesa (ERA SOLO UN CAMBIO) lo sconto di ieri del 25% non era più valido perciò ho dovuto dare la differenza ( assurdo perché come già detto si trattava di un cambio colore, stesso articolo, stesso marchio e stesso prezzo) In oltre chiedendo indietro lo scontrino vecchio,visto che c'era anche il conto del profumo da regalare, mi sento dire che quello non potrò comunque cambiarlo, faccio presente che lo cambierei nel caso riportando con confezione integra, mi sento dire che mancherebbe la plastica, cosa non è chiaro nel dire confezione integra? Il personale dovrebbe essere un pò più professionale nella vendita. Ogni tanto trovo che qualcuno sia un pò "pressapochista". Comunque, consigliato!
