In occasione di una gita a Como , ho trovato delle scarpe décolleté di un colore simile. Siccome vicino al negozio di scarpe c'era anche il negozio della Spagnoli, sono entrata con le amiche ed abbiamo chiesto di poter controllare il colore dell' abito ed il personale, in particolare la Sig.ra Rosanna, con grande meraviglia si è gentilmente prestata ed è venuta con noi nell' altro negozio per confrontare direttamente il colore. Che meraviglia incontrare ancora delle persone così. Un grazie grande grande Rossana Good evening. On the occasion of my son's wedding, I bought a suit in the Luisa Spagnoli store in Arezzo. Very kind and professional staff. On the occasion of a trip to Como, I found décolleté shoes of a similar color. Since near the shoe store there was also the Spagnoli shop, I entered with my friends and asked to be able to check the color of the dress and the staff, especially Mrs. Rosanna, with great amazement kindly provided and came with us to the other store to compare the color directly. Personale cortese e preparato, fanno di tutto per accontentare il cliente tirando fuori una miriade di vestiti e trovando sempre la soluzione che fa per te. Se si trovano in difficoltà perchè ci sono diversi clienti ed il personale è poco, chiudono la porta e continuano a servire nel migliore dei modi chi è dentro, così da non apparire frettolosi e scortesi con chi entra e non può essere seguito come dovrebbe a causa di poco personale in quel momento. Nulla da recriminare e magari fossero tutti così. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
