★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizie del sentiero per le bellissime gole di Santa Lucia il sentiero e suggestivo si incontrado vecchi rifugi per animali, il percorso è adatto a tutti solo l'ultimo tratto è un po ripido ma fattibile

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel percorso, tra bosco e monolitici aggiornamenti rocciosi che appaiono all'improvviso, spesso fusi assieme a muretti in pietra a secco testimonianza di antichi pascoli. Alla fine, il fiume Orte che da un lato è raggiungibile e permette di rinfrescarsi, mentre a destra si presenta incuneato in una sorta di profondo e spettacolare canyon. 2-3 ore tra andata e ritorno.
Beautiful path, between woods and monolithic rock updates that appear suddenly, often merged together with dry stone walls, testimony of ancient pastures. In the end, the Orte river which on one side is reachable and allows you to cool off, while on the right it is wedged in a sort of deep and spectacular canyon. 2-3 hours between return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentiero ben indicato dalla frazione San Tommaso (Caramanico), circa 30 minuti di cammino. L'ultimo tratto, la discesa al torrente, è ripido e scivoloso nelle giornate più umide (circa 50 metri). La rapide diventano molto pericolose nelle giornate di pioggia o con ghiaccio.
well signposted path from the hamlet of St. Thomas (Caramanico), about 30 minutes. The last stretch, the descent to the stream, is steep and slippery in the most humid days (about 50 meters). The rapids become very dangerous on rainy days or with ice.
