A	Alba Bianchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentiero semplice e praticabile, con le scarpe adatte e non con i sandali, logicamente. Da Cavi Borgo a Sestri Levante ci vuole circa un'oretta e il panorama merita. In cima, dove ci sono i resti della piccola chiesetta dedicata a Sant'Anna, in direzione Sestri, il sentiero si biforca per ricongiungersi alla fine. Il sentiero è adatto ad essere percorso anche con mtb da ciclisti esperti, a condizione di seguire il percorso più lungo. Simple and practicable path, with the right shoes and not with sandals, of course. From Cavi Borgo to Sestri Levante it takes about an hour and the view is worth it. At the top, where there are the remains of the small church dedicated to Sant'Anna, towards Sestri, the path forks to rejoin at the end. The path is also suitable for expert cyclists to ride with mtb, provided that they follow the longest route.
D	Diana Danese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto una passeggiata di domenica, partiti da Cavi borgo verso Sestri Levante e tornati a Cavi attraverso le gallerie sulla via Aurelia, 2 ore in tutto. Il sentiero è ben segnalato e abbastanza ben tenuto, in alcuni punti molto stretto ed a strapiombo sul mare senza alcuna protezione, perciò consiglio cautela se si hanno bimbi piccoli che vanno decisamente tenuti bene per mano. Bellissimo scorcio di macchia mediterranea con profumi e vegetazione tipici della Liguria. Meraviglioso il panorama dalle Rocche di Sant'Anna che spazia da Portofino a Sestri Levante. La parte a scendere presenta alcuni ponti romani antichi e pavimentazione a tratti scivolosa, caldamente consigliate scarpe comode e da trekking. Nel complesso bellissimo giro, sicuramente da fare NON in piena estate perché tutto allo scoperto e roccioso, quindi caldissimo e senza riparo, da colpo di calore, e abitat ideale per vipere. Unica grande pecca la sporcizia, grande quantità di fazzolettini ai bordi segno di inciviltà umana che rende tutto "un cesso", davvero un peccato! Altro neo il transito dentro le gallerie, con aria quasi irrespirabile e le pareti con una copertura che credo non sia MAI stata pulita dal Comune o dall"Anas da quando installata (30 anni?). Come al solito natura splendida rovinata dall'intervento o dalla non manutenzione dell'uomo. Come quasi ovunque in Italia.. viene da pensare che non ci meritiamo questo patrimonio artistico e naturale se lo gestiamo così! We took a walk on Sunday, starting from Cavi borgo towards Sestri Levante and returning to Cavi through the tunnels on the Via Aurelia, 2 hours in all. The path is well marked and fairly well maintained, in some places very narrow and overlooking the sea without any protection, so I recommend caution if you have small children who must definitely be held well by the hand. Beautiful glimpse of the Mediterranean scrub with scents and vegetation typical of Liguria. The view from the Rocche di Sant'Anna that stretches from Portofino to Sestri Levante is wonderful. The downward part has some ancient Roman bridges and sometimes slippery pavement, comfortable shoes and trekking shoes are highly recommended. Overall a beautiful tour, definitely NOT to be done in the middle of summer because everything is in the open and rocky, therefore very hot and without shelter, from heat stroke, and ideal habitat for vipers. The only big flaw is the dirt, large amount of handkerchiefs at the edges, a sign of human incivility that makes everything "a toilet", really a shame! Another drawback is the transit inside the galleries, with an almost unbreathable air and the walls with a roof that I believe has NEVER been cleaned by the Municipality or by the "Anas since it was installed (30 years?). As usual, splendid nature ruined by the intervention or from the non-maintenance of man. As almost everywhere in Italy .. one thinks that we do not deserve this artistic and natural heritage if we manage it like this!
