M	Marino Todesco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sulla sponda meridionale del Lago di Barcis, quella più spesso raggiunta dalle ombre delle montagne retrostante, il Sentiero degli Alpini si snoda con un percorso di un paio di chilometri molto vario e a tratti spettacolare. È molto adatto alle famiglie e consente di raggiungere alcuni punti del lago d'incantevole bellezza per trascorrere alcune ore o un'intera giornata ad intimo contatto con la natura. Segnalo in particolare l'area da picnic, più prossima all'estremità occidentale del sentiero, e l'ansa dotata di pontile che sembra la rappresentazione del luogo ideale per pescare, praticare la meditazione, contemplare la natura ascoltando la propria musica preferita o più prosaicamente consumare un saporito spuntino, magari a base di speck o di petìna, un salume tipico del pordenonese affine alla soppressa veneta. Purtroppo il maltempo di fine ottobre 2018 ha causato vari danni al tracciato che necessita di urgenti lavori di ripristino. Speriamo che l'amministrazione comunale di Barcis mobiliti le risorse necessarie in tempo per l'arrivo della bella stagione del 2019. On the southern shore of Lake Barcis, the one most often reached by the shadows of the mountains behind it, the Sentiero degli Alpini runs along a path of a couple of kilometers which is very varied and sometimes spectacular. It is very suitable for families and allows you to reach some points of the lake of enchanting beauty to spend a few hours or a whole day in close contact with nature. I particularly point out the picnic area, closer to the western end of the path, and the pontoon loop that seems to represent the ideal place to fish, practice meditation, contemplate nature listening to your favorite music or more prosaically consume a tasty snack, perhaps based on speck or petìna, a typical salami of the Pordenone area similar to the soppressa veneta. Unfortunately, the bad weather at the end of October 2018 caused various damage to the route that requires urgent restoration work. We hope that the municipal administration of Barcis will mobilize the necessary resources in time for the arrival of the beautiful season of 2019.
F	Fiore Fiore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sentiero che comincia nel bosco per finire poi sulla strada. Molto scomodo per camminare, salita discesa e scalinate. Assolutamente non consigliato a famiglie con bambini e tanto meno ai ciclisti. Path that begins in the woods and then ends on the road. Very uncomfortable to walk, climb down and stairs. Absolutely not recommended for families with children and even less for cyclists.
G	Giorgio Fonda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella passeggiata lungo la sponda del lago, con qualche saliscendi attrezzato con gradini e ponticelli. Peccato che in alcuni punti le strutture siano danneggiate. S	Silvia Zanatta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partendo dal centro del piccolo paese di Barcis a piedi si può raggiungere il sentiero degli Alpini costeggiando il lago e passando per il terrapieno vicino la vecchia strada della Valcellina. Il sentiero si trova sulla sponda meridionale bisogna quindi passare per la strada turistica finché non si trova il grande cartello in legno. Nel percorso a tratti in saliscendi si possono trovare grossi massi non é adatto quindi a passeggini o biciclette. Consiglio sempre la scarpa o scarponcino adatto . L'ultimo tratto del sentiero è chiuso (per danni causati dal maltempo segnalato con transenne, purtoppo anche alcuni ponticelli in legno sono danneggiati e bisogna fare molta attenzione) bisogna quindi passare per la strada e attraversare il ponte di via Pentina per ritornare al paese. Peccato perché tramite questo sentiero si possono raggiungere dei tratti incantevoli e suggestivi del lago e apprezzare la tranquillità del bosco circostante. Il tutto si può fare con calma in circa 2/3 ore. The path is located on the southern bank so you have to go through the tourist road until you find the large wooden sign. In the path, sometimes with ups and downs, you can find large boulders, therefore it is not suitable for strollers or bicycles. I always recommend the right shoe or boot. The last part of the path is closed (due to damage caused by bad weather signaled with barriers, unfortunately some wooden bridges are also damaged and you have to be very careful) you must then go along the road and cross the bridge in via Pentina to return to the town. Too bad because through this path you can reach enchanting and suggestive stretches of the lake and appreciate the tranquility of the surrounding wood. Everything can be done calmly in about 2/3 hours.
p	pettirosso54 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Percorso solo parzialmente, intrapreso a circa 300 mt dal ponte pedonale, sponda sud lungo via Pentina, in corrispondenza di un piccolo parcheggio (3 auto) con una tabella lignea con foro a forma di cuore che fa ammirare il lago. Lago che ad inizio aprile era sotto probabilmente di una decina di mt rispetto il livello "usuale". Dopo i danneggiamenti causa meteo di tempo fa, risulta, almeno nel tratto da me percorso, in moderato buono stato con palesi interventi di ripristino. Ci tornerò! Lake that at the beginning of April was probably about ten meters below the "usual" level. After the damage caused by the weather of some time ago, it is, at least in the section I traveled, in moderate good condition with obvious restoration work. I'll be back!
