Scoperto casualmente in rete, invogliato dalle ottime recensioni, mi sono recato stamattina presso la ditta Sengnatura di Nicolosi per acquistare della legna per il mio camino. Grazie alla pazienza e ai consigli del titolare ho fatto il mio acquisto ad un rapporto qualità e quantità / prezzo davvero eccellenti. Vastissimo assortimento per stufe e camini in un ampio e accogliente show room ai pedi dell'etna. Comodissimo il parcheggio. Sono tornato a casa con la macchina stracolma di legna che il proprietario mi ha caricato personalmente con cura e precisione. Adesso mentre scrivo mi sto godendo il tepore del mio camino che dopo tanti anni ho riacceso con grande soddisfazione e senza alcuna difficoltà grazie alla legna di Sengnatura. Consigliatissimo. Ho pulito la stufa dopo 1 settimana di utilizzo (circa 3 sacchi da 15 kg) non ho trovato alcun residuo nel bruciatore e pochissima cenere. Fumo praticamente inesistente e nessun odore. A	Andrea Laudani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima della carenza di pellet che c'è stata in questi primi mesi del 2022 erano decisamente più onesti con il cliente, ora pur non avendo la conferma ho la sensazione che vendano il pellet unicamente ad amici oppure ai rivenditori ed a me questa forma di clientelismo non mi piace, una delusione e spero solo di sbagliarmi ma di fatto non riesco mai a trovare del pellet da loro di recente. P.S. risposta per il proprietario: io mi auguro ancor più di voi che continuerete a lavorare per offrire un servizio e garantire forniture a tutti e quando sarò in grado di comprare, nuovamente, del pellet da voi sarò lieto di darvi 5 stelle. They are punctual, very reasonably priced, wood is dry, consistently sized and they give me a nice box of kindling with each order. Immediate responses via Facebook and WhatsApp and answered all of my questions.
