G	Gaetano Lecce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente inaffidabile, ordine effettuato il 18 marzo è ad oggi 8 aprile ancora non ho ricevuto niente, posso capire che le consegne sono al di fuori delle responsabilità dei fornitori ma ,affidarsi a dei corrieri che ritardano una consegna e addirittura non suonano e non lasciano avvisi di mancata consegna al primo passaggio, completano l'affidabilità di un'azienda. Sconsiglio a chiunque di acquistare prodotti da loro poiché gli stessi articoli si trovano ovunque. Prezzi non male, molto competitivi, parecchia merce ad un euro, che normalmente si trova in giro a prezzi lievemente più alti... Quindi in definitiva abbastanza competitivo anche come prezzi! Non mi arriva conferma d'ordine mi rispondono che l'ordine non è andato a buon fine, che il pagamento non è andato a buon fine. Controllo con la Banca che invece ha regolarmente bonificato euro 43,70. Riscrivo dicendo che il pagamento verso di loro è stato effettuato in che modo intendono riaccreditarmelo. Mi rispondono che non possono più fermare l'ordine che prima mi era stato detto che non era andato a buon fine e che di conseguenza non devono restituirmi nulla. Morale io non ho ricevuto la merce loro non si riesce a trovarli, questo è quanto. Pazienza Made online order on 25/4/2020 euro 43,70. Delusione totale... E poi vedo amici che li comprano alle Zagare e gli durano per giorni. Doveva essere una sorpresa invece ho fatto solo una una bruttissima figura. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. Vuol dire che nemmeno sanno dov'è il mio pacco. Sconsigliatissimo anche perché mio figlio ci resterà malissimo. Non esiste un punteggio più passo altrimenti l'avrei messo. La cosa che mi fa più pensare è come un titolare possa tenere commesse del genere. Posso solo parlare bene del negozio alle zagare,la commessa una signora estremamente cortese e gentile,che riesce a soddisfare tutte le risposte del cliente. Gente di altra classe. Mi era stato promessa una lunga durata dalla signora con cui ho parlato (addirittura di mesi!) e dopo tre giorni ecco che il palloncino in alto si è afflosciato e la scritta impressa si è tutta scollata. Direi che la spesa non è valsa assolutamente la qualità (inesistente) del prodotto. Peccato.
