Bought yesterday, bio forest pellets, excellent calorific value, put the stove at minimum (1) heats well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, bastoncini lunghi che forzano il motoriduttore della stufa compromettendone l'efficacia. Dopo averne usato un pacco da 15 kg per la prima volta in sette anni la stufa si spegneva dopo qualche ora perché non bruciava più il pellet e al posto della cenere ho trovato segatura. Ho dovuto chiamare il tecnico della Palazzetti. Mai più questo pellet!
Bad, long sticks that force the gearmotor of the stove compromising its effectiveness. After using a 15 kg pack for the first time in seven years the stove went out after a few hours because it no longer burned the pellets and instead of ash I found sawdust. I had to call the Palazzetti technician. Never again this pellet!
