M	Martina Abate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SEMERARO SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!! Non acquistate assolutamente nulla, perlomeno nel punto vendita di Lamezia Terme. Vi racconto la mia esperienza con Semeraro, a dir poco tragica. In data 9 ottobre 2021 acquisto una madia e una parete attrezzata. L'1 febbraio, dopo ben 4 MESI dall'acquisto, mi consegnano soltanto la parete attrezzata e solo durante il montaggio mi accorgo che non era completa! Mancava la libreria! I trasportatori lo sapevano e a me nessuno lo aveva comunicato! Ma questo è solo l'inizio. Un angolo di un pensile arriva rotto, un altro pensile mi è stato rigato durante il montaggio, quindi aspetto ancora la sostituzione di questi due pensili che chissà quando arriveranno. Oggi, 28 febbraio, avrebbero dovuto consegnarmi la madia e la restante parte di parete attrezzata. E indovinate un pò? Hanno sbagliato il colore della libreria!! Non solo sono passati quasi 5 MESI, ma aspetto ancora la libreria col colore esatto, e la sostituzione di due pensili! Una storia senza fine. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!! SEMERARO NOT RECOMMENDED !!!! Do not buy anything at all, at least in the Lamezia Terme store. I'll tell you about my experience with Semeraro, tragic to say the least. On 9 October 2021, I bought a sideboard and an equipped wall. On February 1st, after 4 MONTHS from the purchase, they only deliver the equipped wall to me and only during assembly do I realize that it was not complete! The library was missing! The transporters knew this and no one had told me! But this is only the beginning. A corner of a wall unit arrives broken, another wall unit was scratched during assembly, so I am still waiting for the replacement of these two wall units, who knows when they will arrive. Today, February 28, they should have delivered the cupboard and the remaining part of the equipped wall to me. And guess what? They have the wrong color of the bookcase !! Not only have it been almost 5 MONTHS, but I am still waiting for the bookcase with the exact color, and the replacement of two wall units! An endless story. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

Ti fanno ordinare prodotti di cui non sanno l'effettiva disponibilità e successivamente arriva la sorpresa. Per non parlare del fatto che ordini una cosa e ne arriva un'altra, quando e dico, quando, arriva. E sì perché mia sorella con mobili ordinati mesi e mesi prima, quasi quasi rimaneva senza tavolo per mangiare e glielo hanno consegnato, su ripetuti solleciti, il giorno prima del matrimonio... Insomma... Chi decide di arredare la propria casa con i mobili Semeraro deve mettere in preventivo determinate sorprese spiacevoli. Nice shop, unfortunately they lack organization (because the quality of the furniture is proportionate to the price). They make you order products whose actual availability they do not know and then the surprise arrives. Not to mention the fact that you order one thing and another arrives, when and I mean, when, it arrives. And yes, because my sister with furniture ordered months and months before, almost remained without a table to eat and they gave it to her, on repeated reminders, the day before the wedding ... In short ... Who decides to furnish their home with Semeraro furniture must prevent certain unpleasant surprises.
