★ ★ ★ ★ ★ casa nuova, da arredare completamente. una cara amica mi ha consigliato Maestrelli arredamenti così ho conosciuto Carla, insieme abbiamo sviluppato il progetto e grazie alla sua competenza sono riuscita a realizzare esattamente quello che desideravo. una professionista che mi ha seguito con attenzione e disponibilità per tutto il percorso, dalle rilevazioni delle misure sul campo fino al montaggio dei mobili (un particolare ringraziamento ai ragazzi che sono stati rapidi, precisi e simpatici).
new house, to be completely furnished. a dear friend recommended Maestrelli furniture to me so I met Carla, together we developed the project and thanks to her competence I managed to achieve exactly what I wanted. a professional who followed me with attention and availability throughout the journey, from the measurements of the measurements in the field to the assembly of the furniture (a special thanks to the guys who were quick, precise and nice).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare che riassumo con due date: contratto firmato il 30/7/2020 e lavori terminati l'8/3/2021, cioè oltre 7 mesi dopo...nel mezzo è successo di tutto. Resta ahimè tanta amarezza e delusione per un servizio non all'altezza del prezzo richiesto. Per inciso gli imprevisti posso capitare a tutti ma è il "quante volte capitano" e il "come vengono gestiti" che fanno la differenza.
Non ricomprerei da loro.
Experience to forget that I summarize with two dates: contract signed on 30/7/2020 and works completed on 8/3/2021, that is more than 7 months later ... in the middle everything happened. Unfortunately, there is still a lot of bitterness and disappointment for a service not up to the price requested. Incidentally, unexpected events can happen to everyone but it is the "how many times they happen" and "how they are managed" that make the difference.
I wouldn't buy from them again.
