Professional, very kind and nice. They treat people sweetly and put you at ease. I made several withdrawals from them and although they were not made by the same person, I never even felt the needle. Very good.

Abbiamo chiamato il giorno prima per un tampone molecolare a domicilio per un bambino di due anni.
Il bambino si trova in casa con 3 positivi, viene assistito con mascherine guanti e disinfettante ma nessuno può accompagnarlo
Ci hanno dato appuntamento la mattina ma non si è presentato nessuno
Abbiamo richiamato verso mezzogiorno e ci hanno assicurato che sarebbero venuti nel primo pomeriggio (in tutto ciò si sentiva la voce della dottoressa spazientita che diceva alla segretaria cosa dire)
Verso le 16 e 30 ancora nulla
Chiamiamo e ci assicurano che sarebbero venuti in serata (sempre con la dottoressa infastidita in sottofondo)
Mi chiamano alle 18 e 20 del 5 gennaio per dirmi che il tampone non possono farlo prima del 7
Che la dottoressa sta andando via…
Dopo che abbiamo aspettato tutto il giorno e non abbiamo contattato nessun altro centro in quanto mi è stato assicurato per tre volte che il tampone sarebbe stato eseguito in giornata.
Capisco l’emergenza ma se foste stati onesti da subito dicendomi “non possiamo farlo siamo pieni” io avrei provveduto diversamente
La Dottoressa ha avuto un comportamento vergognoso
Non si tratta solo di mancanza di professionalità e serietà ma di totale assenza di empatia
Ora ditemi voi io il 5 gennaio alle 18 e 20 dopo che mi avete fatto penare una giornata intera io dove trovo qualcuno che faccia un tampone domiciliare ad un bambino.
“La dottoressa sta andando via…”
E in coscienza comec si sente ?

BAD BAD BAD BAD
We called the day before for a molecular swab at home for a two-year-old.
The child is at home with 3 positives, is assisted with masks, gloves and disinfectant but no one can accompany him
They gave us an appointment in the morning but no one showed up
We called back around noon and they assured us that they would come in the early afternoon (in all this we could hear the voice of the impatient doctor telling the secretary what to say)
Around 4.30 pm still nothing
We call and they assure us that they would come in the evening (always with the annoyed doctor in the background)
They call me at 6:20 pm on January 5th to tell me that the tampon cannot do it before 7th
That the doctor is leaving ...
After we waited all day and did not contact any other center as I was assured three times that the swab would be performed within the day.
I understand the emergency but if you had been honest immediately by telling me "we can't do it, we're full" I would have done differently
The Doctor had shameful behavior
It is not just a lack of professionalism and seriousness but a total lack of empathy
Now you tell me on January 5 at 6:20 pm after you made me suffer a whole day where I find someone who makes a home swab to a child.
"The doctor is leaving ..."
And in conscience how does it feel?
