A	Antonio Scardino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda l'aspetto tecnico/professionale posso dire che questo laboratorio lavora bene. Sono rimasto deluso per quello che riguarda l'aspetto dell'organizzazione amministrativa. In sostanza mi sono recato presso questo laboratorio, ho chiesto e mi è stato dato il preventivo per alcuni esami clinici che i miei familiari avrebbero fatto qualche giorno dopo. Una volta effettuati i prelievi (io non ero presente), al momento del pagamento si è rivelata per i miei congiunti una somma diversa da quella preventivata. Il giorno successivo quando ho ritirato gli esiti degli esami mi sono lamentato per questo, mi stato detto che avrei dovuto far presente questa cosa, così mi avrebbero potuto fare un'attenzione. Il risultato? I miei familiari si sono sottoposti ai prelievi ematici ma il corrispettivo da pagare non era più quello preventivato, ma bensì aumentato. Faccio presente che io sono stato così preciso da chiedere un preventivo, senza chiedere alcuna attenzione. Non vedo perché il prezzo senza motivo sia dovuto aumentare di €20. Seondo il mio modesto parere, un laboratorio analisi non dovrebbe coportarsi così, non mi sembra che sotto questo aspetto si adotti il massimo della serietà. Regarding the technical / professional aspect, I can say that this laboratory works well. I was disappointed with the administrative organization aspect. Basically I went to this laboratory, I asked and was given the quote for some clinical tests that my family would have done a few days later. Once the withdrawals were made (I was not present), at the time of payment, a different amount was revealed for my relatives to the one estimated. The next day when I collected the exam results I complained about this, I was told that I should have pointed this out so they could pay attention to me. The result? My family members underwent blood tests but the consideration to be paid was no longer the one estimated, but rather increased. I would like to point out that I was so precise as to ask for a quote, without asking for any attention. I don't see why the price for no reason had to increase by € 20. In my humble opinion, an analysis laboratory should not behave like this, it does not seem to me that the utmost seriousness is adopted in this respect.
