★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro kappa Vs 2.0 offre il ritiro del referto on Line. L'informativa dice "gratuitamente" ed allo stesso orario previsto per il ritiro in laboratorio. Ecco, bello... se fosse vero. Peccato che in realtà sia solo un disservizio, referto non disponibile ore ed ore successive!!! E se si è a cavallo con il weekend? Si rischia persino di dover aspettare il lunedi per avere risultati ad esami importanti che potevano essere pronti il sabato. Il centro kappa perde una cliente. Questa è poca serietà.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La feccia di tutti i laboratori.esami ripetuti a distanza di un mese con valori identici.cambio laboratorio cambiano i valori.per puro caso tramite operatore domiciliare faccio un sierologico che poi scopro andasse presso di loro.dopo un giorno ancora nessun risultato, quando mi avevan detto che sarebbero bastate 3 ore x il referto.telefonate a cui nessuno risponde e quando finalmente hanno risposto dopo 2 ore, mi accertano che entro mezz'ora avrebbero caricato il referto online.sono passate 3 ore e ancora nulla.nessuno che risponde a tel.fate pena!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da anni, e continuerò ad esserlo anche perché il sangue lo analizzano nella loro struttura, e sono certo che lavorano bene perché ho fatto il confronto con altri laboratori della zona alcuni dei quali mi hanno addirittura sbagliato palesemente i risultati. Il Dott.Barretta, persona gentile e disponibile, mi ha fatto visitare il primo piano dove ci sono i macchinari e sono rimasto soddisfatto nel vedere quanta tecnologia usano. Danno i risultati di molti esami in giornata e offrono anche il prelievo a domicilio. Bravi. Continuate così !

Quando vi evolverete?
Numero 35 ,numero 36,ho detto 36 gridava il dottore!
Una qualsiasi pescheria è molto meglio organizzata ,anche perché hanno il display con i numeri.
Neanche l'onestà di avvertire le persone dell'aumento di 20 euro da un giorno all altro.
