★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto poco fornito , x i cambi ci sarebbero 30giorni di tempo x restituire la merce e il buono dovrebbe essere di 180 giorni in un qualsiasi altro self ,ma qui a Banchette dimezzano i tempi a loro piacimento mettendo solo 90 giorni a disposizione , senza rispettare in questo modo le REGOLE di questa grande catena ! Complimenti x la serietà!!!!
 Very poorly supplied, for exchanges there would be 30 days of time to return the goods and the voucher should be 180 days in any other self, but here in Banchette they halve the times at their convenience by making only 90 days available, without respecting this way the RULES of this great chain! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 marzo del 2022 alle ore 10,00 mi reco al punto vendita di Ivrea e mi rivolgo all’addetto al taglio legno, un ragazzo maleducato, insolente, scontroso, e in cerca della lite, anziché accogliermi in maniera disponibile, mi si rivolge in modo borioso e provocatorio. Trovatomi impreparato giro le spalle e vado via. Farebbero meglio a toglierlo dal contatto col pubblico o ancora meglio farlo stare a casa. Cosa certa è che non entrerò mai più in quel punto vendita, se assumono certi soggetti, c’è il rischio che ci sarà qualche altro maleducato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande centro per i prodotti e gli utensili destinati a chi ama il fai da te. Comodo parcheggio.
Superato un periodo difficile, quando scarseggiava la merce, ora il magazzino è rifornito, vanta una buona scelta di articoli in tante categorie. Non mancano offerte di stagione.
I marchi trattati spesso non sono tra i più acclamati. I prezzi sono in linea con la concorrenza, salvo qualche occasionale offerta davvero conveniente. Il personale alle casse è gentile. Quello tra gli scaffali non sempre è così propenso a rispondere o aiutare, forse pressato dagli impegni. Comunque un bel magazzino, consigliabile la visita.

After a difficult period, when the goods were scarce, now the warehouse is stocked, boasts a good choice of items in many categories. There is no shortage of seasonal offers.
The brands covered are often not among the most acclaimed. The prices are in line with the competition, except for some occasional really affordable offers. The checkout staff are nice. The one on the shelves is not always so inclined to respond or help, perhaps pressured by commitments. However a nice warehouse, a visit is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In genere mi reco qui con la mia famiglia. Abbiamo sempre trovato buoni i loro prodotti e consigliato il punto vendita ad amici. Ci troviamo bene con il personale che con noi e sempre stato molto gentile e disponile.
Peccato che io non possa dire lo stesso di chi gestisce il punto vendita (o di chi ne fa le veci).
Qualche settimana fa acquistammo presso il punto vendita di Pavone un rubinetto perla cucina, ma arrivato a casa e dopo averlo montanto ci siamo accorti che gocciolava anche da chiuso. Siamo tornati indietro e la ragazza alla cassa con gentilezza ce l'ha subito cambiato dandoci la possibilità di prenderne un altro. Purtroppo anche quest'ultimo aveva lo stesso problema. Torniamo nuovamente e questa volta, non avendo alternative da proporci la cassiera chiama un suo responsabile per chiedere come risolvere la questione. Questo ragazzo giunto in cassa si è posto veramente in malo modo verso i miei genitori. È stato davvero sgarbato e maleducato, con tono scocciato e irritato.. insinuando che i miei fossero due deficienti, e che era impossibile che entrambi i rubinetto perdessero. Alla fine abbiamo ottenuto un rimborso ma ci siamo rimasti veramente male per come è stata gestita la situazione. Dubito che ci ritorneremo e che lo decanteremo ancora molto ..
I usually go here with my family. We have always found their products good and recommended the point of sale to friends. We get along well with the staff who have always been very kind and helpful with us.
Too bad I can't say the same about whoever manages the store (or whoever takes his place).
A few weeks ago we bought a faucet for the kitchen at the Pavone store, but when we got home and after installing it we realized that it was dripping even when closed. We went back and the girl at the cashier kindly changed it for us immediately giving us the chance to get another one. Unfortunately, the latter also had the same problem. Let's go back again and this time, having no alternatives to offer us, the cashier calls her manager to ask how to resolve the matter. This boy arrived at the cash desk and placed himself in a really bad way towards my parents. He was really rude and rude, with an annoyed and irritated tone .. implying that mine were two morons, and that it was impossible for both taps to leak. In the end we got a refund but we were really disappointed with how the situation was handled. I doubt that we will return and that we will decant it much more ..
