Mi sono trovata molto bene a fare il gel alle unghie,molta scelta di colori, prodotti ottimi soprattutto la durata è stata perfetta né bolle né tantomeno unghie alzate. Complimenti! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa professionalità nel segnare gli appuntamenti dei clienti in quanto avevo chiesto uno spostamento e non riuscendo a trovarmi nessun posto disponibile nella fascia oraria richiesta, ho chiesto di lasciare la data che avevo preso pochi giorni prima, ma nel giro di dieci minuti scarsi l'avevano già data ad un'altra persona (senza la mia conferma di disdetta). Avrei trovato sicuramente più corretto chiedermi se volevo annullarla prima. Tra le altre cose al telefono con poca cortesia prima mi è stato detto che avevano sbagliato a segnare e che forse si erano dimenticati di inserire il mio nome per la data presa giorni prima, poi che era stato un errore mio perché avevo dato la disdetta. (Cosa come già detto mai fatta)
Lack of professionalism in marking customer appointments as I had requested a move and unable to find any available place in the requested time slot, I asked to leave the date I had taken a few days before, but within ten minutes they had it already given to another person (without my cancellation confirmation). I would certainly have found it more correct to ask myself if I wanted to cancel it first. Among other things on the phone with little courtesy before I was told that they had made a mistake in marking and that perhaps they had forgotten to enter my name for the date taken days before, then that it was my mistake because I had given the cancellation. (What as already said never done)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro molto accogliente e intimo. Alice é bravissima, diponibile e molto gentile. Io faccio il semipermanente alle unghie e da poco ho iniziato le sedute per l'epilazione laser. Mi trovo benissimo, straconsiglio.
Very welcoming and intimate center. Alice is very good, available and very kind. I do semipermanent nail care and recently started laser hair removal sessions. I am very well advised.
