Il cardiologo e l'urologo che mi hanno visitato sono veramente in gamba; il personale è cortese; gli orari solitamente sono rispettati e, l'unica volta che c'è stato un notevole ritardo, il medico si è scusato, quindi bene così; quando si prenota una visita si riesce ad avere l'appuntamento nel giro di pochi giorni. Una cosa fa scendere il voto da cinque a tre: gli esami del sangue! La ragazza che mi ha fatto il prelievo decisamente dovrebbe evitare di prendere in mano aghi! Scade a due, se non a uno, Ma anche a zero per seguente motivo: Due ragazzi con visita medica sportiva prenotata non si sono presentati per dimenticanza e altro motivo. Mi sono presentato all' ambulatorio per chiarire e cercare di porre rimedio, avendo rispetto del personale di Alfa Medica e avendo in precedenza personalmente redarguito i due ragazzi.Sono stato trattato da una del personale, come se praticamente fossi io il responsabile del disguido., venendo praticamente accusato di prenotare le visite mediche agli atleti che poi vengono disattese dagli stessi. La cosa non corrisponde a verità. Quindi, non essendo stato messo in condizione di spiegare, in futuro, tralasciando le visite medico sportive, per le altre specialità mi rivolgerò altrove, praticamente alla concorrenza.
