★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio ha un buon assortimento e prezzi convenienti. Purtroppo sarebbe bene evitare presso di loro l'acquisto di cellulari che, se difettosi, inizia un calvario.
Ho acquistato in data 27 sett. un Samsung Galaxy ace style, il quale fin dall'inizio si è spento in standby da solo. Chiesto il cambio (tempo max una settimana), il telefono difettoso è stato inviato al loro "tecnico", il quale non ha trovato nulla di anomalo tranne contestare il fatto che la SIM era a suo avviso di tipo vecchio. Abbiamo provveduto a cambiare la SIM, a spese nostre, tuttavia il telefono ha continuato a spengersi (ma nel frattempo, una settimana era passata, bello il trucchetto, eh?). Inutile chiamare il negozio e protestare, vige il parere del "centro assistenza". Inutile anche dire che non mi servirò più da loro neppure per acquistare un CD-ROM.
The shop has a good assortment and affordable prices. Unfortunately, it would be good to avoid buying cell phones from them which, if defective, begins an ordeal.
I purchased on 27 Sept. a Samsung Galaxy ace style, which from the start turned off in standby by itself. Asked for the change (max time one week), the defective phone was sent to their "technician", who did not find anything abnormal except to dispute the fact that the SIM was in his opinion of an old type. We changed the SIM, at our expense, however the phone kept turning off (but in the meantime, a week had passed, nice trick, huh?). It is useless to call the shop and protest, the opinion of the "assistance center" applies. Needless to say, I won't even need them to buy a CD-ROM anymore.
