Chiamo il call center e l'operatrice non sa il perché della "sparizione" del pullmann. Dopo due ore di attesa un miraggio, un pullman della Segesta, l'autista mi dice che i pullman da lì non passano e che lui era fuori servizio. Faccio notare che lì c'è tanto di insegna, ma lui non sa rispondere. Mi dice di chiamare il call center, che, sempre la stessa operatrice, dice che è impossibile i pullman passano da lì. L'autista (della Segesta) con malavoglia, ma grazie alla mediazione di una persona che stava sul pullman acconsente ad accompagnarci alla fermata di un'altra compagnia, l'AST. Lì trovo altre persone bidonate dalla Segesta. Mi richiama il l'operatrice della Segesta e mi dice che PROBABILMENTE il pullman sta arrivando, gli faccio notare che mi apprestavo a salire sul pullman dell'AST (accompagnato dall'autista della Segesta), e lei, probabilmente in confusione, mi dice che, la colpa era mia, che dopo DUE ore di attesa mi ero spostato. La mando con grazia al quel paese e finalmente riesco a salire sul pullman per Palermo. AST 10, Segesta 0. En contra: se rompió el bus, y eso puede pasarle a cualquiera, pero venía haciendo ruidos muy fuertes desde que salimos de Palermo (íbamos a Trapani) Por suerte en una hora vino otro bus de reemplazo y todo bien. Chofer poco amistoso. Punctual service. Normal buses. They respect COVID protocols. Against: the bus broke down, and that can happen to anyone, but it had been making very loud noises since we left Palermo (we were going to Trapani) Luckily within an hour another replacement bus came and everything was fine.
