Dovevo comprare un'altro biglietto per Catania e non potevo avere soldi indietro. Se fosse colpa mia non dico nulla ma queste cose si devono gestire meglio, comunque non è stato giusto. Vi meritate solo 2 stelle. Se non è una politica aziendale non rispondere al telefono dalle biglietterie, allora dovete applicare sanzioni disciplinari forti, il danno di immaggine, e della presunta professionalità che dovrebbe avere un'azienda che lavora anche per i turisti, è grave. So I had to go to their Agrigento location. I stored my bag at the office and when I returned it was just out in the open. Anyone could have come and grabbed it. The bus stop has 10-12 spaces for buses, but my bus was a block away in a random parking for no apparent reason, and the employee didn’t tell us when we got our tickets! Luckily we asked just to make sure when we didn’t see the bus.
