Per il resto, è un terminal moderno e la mia esperienza è stata di efficienza e comodità. I put 4stars because I found the bathrooms closed and I had to go to the station for a fee. For the rest, it is a modern terminal and my experience was efficiency and comfort.

Non giudicatela per lamentarvi degli (eventuali) disservizi delle compagnie che usufruiscono di essa. All'avanguardia le barriere d'ingresso coi Led. È il Terminal per diverse compagnie di pullman per tragitti regionali e nazionali. Un po' risicata la sala d'attesa. Potrebbe dare problemi in casi di sovraffollamento dovuti a eventi eccezionali. Pulitissimi i bagni a pagamento a 1 euro. Chiudono però alle 18.30. Attenzione. Modern, functional, very comfortable because it is practically attached to the central station of Palermo. Peccato solamente che non vi sia nemmeno una panchina, per chi è in attesa dell'arrivo del proprio bus. Questo, per me, è stato determinante nel non consentirmi di assegnare tutte e cinque le stelle. The station is modern and equipped for those who are hungry or need to fulfill their bodily needs. It's just a pity that there isn't even a bench for those waiting for their bus to arrive. This, for me, was instrumental in not allowing me to award all five stars.

I servizi igienici molto sporchi e privi di tutto. Non sono soddisfatta.
