All exceptional except that the carpet of the bus when I was there was sticky and behind the last places it is full of trash between candy paper and bottles of water

Excellent experience. Made a trip from Palermo to Lecce with a vehicle on two floors, ultra comfortable seats, spotless bathroom, free wi-fi. Two kind drivers. Round trip without a hitch. Respected departure and arrival times. Recommended

Peccato non si possa dire lo stesso per coloro che lavorano in biglietteria ; ad una domanda tranquilla e pacata, uno dei collaboratori ha iniziato a dar sfoggio della propria "civiltà".

The coaches are exceptional and the drivers equally!
Too bad we can't say the same for those who work at the ticket office; to a quiet and calm question, one of the collaborators started to show off his "civilization".

Always very efficient coach service on time. The coaches are new and above all clean. All in all good ticket prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You don't even have a seat number. People there run like cockroaches to get inside. No signs, 0 communication. If you are a tourist you will only understand where you are when you see your navigation. You also have to open the door and put the luggage on your own, there is no line for it however, locals crouch like zombies and charge each other to put their luggage...
Another thing is that the buses are always late!
