★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons suivi l'excursion en bateau, à destination de San Vito Lo Capo, pour un prix de 75€ par personne. Une très belle expérience pour un prix raisonnable, qui comprend le transport en minibus avec Andrea (minibus propre et ponctuel) ainsi que le déjeuner.
La réservation a été claire et la prestation conforme
We followed the boat trip, to San Vito Lo Capo, for a price of 75 € per person. A very nice experience for a reasonable price, which includes transport by minibus with Andrea (clean and punctual minibus) as well as lunch.
The reservation was clear and the service compliant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho prenotato un tour guidato a piedi a Palermo in italiano di 4 ore con Daniela, per me e due ragazze adolescenti. è bravissima! soldi ben spesi, spiegazioni chiare ma non banali ( si vede che è laureata in storia dell'arte) anche aiutata con schede e fogli su quaderno. E in più è palermitana doc quindi anche preparata nel dire qsa sulla città che va oltre alle solite strade turistiche.grazie, la consiglio a tutti!
I booked a 4 hour guided walking tour in Palermo in Italian with Daniela, for me and two teenage girls. She 's VERY GOOD! money well spent, clear but not trivial explanations (you can see that she has a degree in art history) also helped with cards and sheets in a notebook. And what's more, she is a genuine Palermo woman, therefore she is also prepared to say something about the city that goes beyond the usual tourist roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I was not lucky with this company. I received wrong instructions and after be waiting for 40 minutes in the wrong place, I lost my tour. I also lost 65 euros paid for the tour because according to them, it was a 'no show' once the driver was waiting in another place. Next time, I will book on the internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a tour to Valle dei templi with this company. The tour promised an English-speaking driver, 2.5 hours in the Valley of the temples and an hour at the Archaeological museum. The driver was late and started by putting the itinerary to Google maps. He did not speak any English and communicated to us by dictating something to Google translate. He was constantly browsing his phone while driving and taking phone calls (not even through hands-free). He dropped us off at the valley of the temples, explained very poorly where he'll pick us up and created confusion, so some people were late. After that, he drove straight to Palermo without stopping at the museum as promised in the programme. Very poor organisation and value for money, I do not recommend this tour to anyone.
