La signora anziana, credo sia la proprietaria, non ha nessun tipo di sensibilità, si pone molto arrogante, sembrava che ti fa un favore vendendoti le medicine, insomma è molto antipatica. Ero cliente, non andrò mai più a costo di ammalarmi ma non darò mai più un centesimo mio a questo individuo. Some people are not suited to dealing with the public. La stessa gentilezza e professionalità sono poi confermate andando poi in farmacia (... che non si trova proprio sotto casa mia). Flawless. The doctor I have always turned to is very kind even when I happen to ask for information by phone, about various medicines. The same kindness and professionalism are then confirmed by going to the pharmacy (... which is not right under my house).

Non è facile gestire prenotazioni di vaccini, esigenze di tamponi, medicinali, burocrazia. Soprattutto in questo periodo. Eppure la farmacia sembrava un'oasi di serenità, senza tensioni né inefficienze. Ritornerò sicuramente. Wonderful experience on the occasion of the vaccine. Well organized pharmacy, kind and competent doctors. It is not easy to manage vaccine reservations, tampon needs, medicines, bureaucracy. Especially in this period. Yet the pharmacy seemed an oasis of serenity, without tension or inefficiency. I will definitely go back.
