Non rispondono alle mail e al telefono l'unica volta che sono riuscito a parlargli hanno dimostrato che a vendita avvenuta il cliente non vale nulla. Hanno chiuso con un "la richiameremo" e non li ho più sentiti. Professionalità bassissima. Very kind as long as it suits them. During the delivery they scratched me a table and after my complaints they disappeared. They do not respond to emails and the phone the only time I was able to talk to them they showed that once the sale was made the customer is worth nothing. They closed with a "we'll call her back" and I never heard from them again. Very low professionalism.

Sostituito ne arriva un altro più difettoso del primo, tra l’altro senza gli inserti di prolunga. A seguito Vs risposta: Faccio presente che il tavolo è stato da noi visto nella Vs esposizione, il negozio non è assolutamente responsabile di alcunchè in quanto si è limitato a ricevere dalla Vs Sede tutti e due i tavoli, già imballati e consegnarceli a casa, disimballandoli in nostra presenza. Nel secondo non era inserito il pezzo per allungarlo e si è dovuto adattare quello del tavolo precedente, risultando un raffazzonamento con vari buchi per i ganci, non certo da tavolo nuovo. Con ciò riteniamo terminata la conversazione. Bad experience. Ordered a table in the middle of the furniture store, it arrives marked in various places.
