★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile e disponibile avevo appuntamento per il 5 di pascqueta ma per paura che sono chiusi sono andato il primo le signore sono state molto gentili manco il caffè lo hanno voluto prendere e mi hanno fatto tutte le carte magari era così pure a latina nei ufici delle comune 5 stele meritatisime ?

Non avevamo appuntamento perché non sapevamo la procedura più di tanto. Ci ha fatto il rinnovo della carta d'identità senza rimandarci a casa. Ogni tanto si trovano persone " umane"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è anche troppo, se fosse possibile darei valutazione ancora più bassa. Presso la sede decentrata di Latina Scalo un invalido con handicap al 100% arrivato alle 11:35 alle 12:00 viene mandato via perché l'ufficio a quell'ora deve chiudere e la persona con totale handicap, cieca e con difficoltà di deambulazione viene invitata a tornare di pomeriggio. Peccato abbia atteso fuori sotto il sole accusando poi un malore. Ci dissero che dovevamo abituarci al bello e che tutte le inefficienze erano esclusiva negligenza, incapacità o peggio di quelli di prima. Per tanti aspetti sono cambiate le persone ma i problemi, le incapacità, le inefficienze... sono peggiori di quelle di un tempo.
