★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si può mettere di meno di una sola stella... Se c'erano 00stelle avrei messo 0... Non c'è mai nessuno per fare la scelta di un medico sono dovuta andare 4volte se non c'è la signora che si occupa di questo non lo fa nessuno. Tra l'altro molto maleducati e poco professionali ?
You cannot put less than one star ... If there were 00stars I would have put 0 ... There is never anyone to make the choice of a doctor I had to go 4 times if there is no lady who is nobody takes care of this. Among other things, very rude and unprofessional ?

Servizio pessimo ,arroganza incredibile, non si rispetta l'orario, appuntamento all 9.00 dal cup ,però ti dicono che prima delle 9.30 e impossibile perché il dottore comincia alle 9.30 quando va bene....appuntamento alle,45 sono uscito alle 11.50 ....NON SI PUÒ.
I put a star because you can't get less. Bad service, incredible arrogance, time is not respected, appointment at 9.00 from the cup, but they tell you that before 9.30 it is impossible because the doctor starts at 9.30 when it is fine .... appointment at, 45 I went out at 11.50. ...CAN NOT BE DONE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sportello cup pessimo , il peggio mai visto, non solo ti fai due ore di fila al freddo e in piedi (anche le persone anziane) ma poi ti mandano via senza concludere nulla . E non solo: impiegata irrispettosa e arrogante che fa i cavoli suoi invece di servire le persone in attesa, trovando scuse di terminali che non funzionano bene quando non è vero!! Chi deve controllare, controlli per favore ! Negativo meno di zero!
Bad door cup, the worst ever seen, not only do you stand up for two hours in a row in the cold (even the elderly) but then they send you away without completing anything. And not only that: disrespectful and arrogant employee who does her own thing instead of serving waiting people, making excuses of terminals that don't work well when they don't! Who has to check, check please! Negative less than zero!
