e non si riesce ad avere notizie sullo stato di una pratica anche recandoti personalmente agli uffici Inps.
They give no service to the population. Toll-free numbers are not needed
and it is not possible to have news on the status of a practice even by going to the INPS offices personally.

For 5 years I have been waiting for an answer. On the phone there are no emails they don't answer. All recommended. I also think illiterate since they don't read and write. Thieves as well who are also paid for nothing.
