★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza professionale molto deludente. Troppa mentalità provinciale. Poca chiarezza sugli obiettivi, poca formazione e comunicazione. Meritocrazia per pochi. Da valutare come esperienza per neo laureati, ma fine a se stessa, in quanto il turnover di giovani che portano innovazione e aria fresca é una costante. Tutti sono utili, nessuno è indispensabile.
Very disappointing professional experience. Too much provincial mentality. Little clarity on objectives, little training and communication. Meritocracy for the few. To be evaluated as an experience for new graduates, but an end in itself, as the turnover of young people who bring innovation and fresh air is a constant. Everyone is useful, no one is indispensable.
