E' stato cordiale e corretto, ha risolto con semplicità e velocità il mio problema.
Trovandolo fin da subito disponibile e preparato, ho provato a chiedergli se era possibile migliorare le prestazioni del mio portatile.

Ho chiesto info via sms in maniera educata e gentile, chiedendo info sulla riparazione di un tablet, con tanto di ringraziamento e di saluti; mi sono sentito rispondere che non sapeva chi fossi e che comunque presentarsi è anche segno di educazione.
Questo solo perché mi sono dimenticato di scrivere il mio nome, notare.
Mi son sentito dare del maleducato solo per questa dimenticanza, quando, ripeto, mi sono espresso in maniera assolutamente educata e gentile…
Ditemi voi se è normale ricevere una risposta del genere, da parte di un potenziale cliente…

Ho solo detto che, alla richiesta di informazioni ad una persona che comunque si è presentata gentilmente, scrivendo "Buongiorno" e "grazie mille, saluti", poteva rispondere soltanto "con chi ho il piacere di parlare?", se era quello il problema...
Ma comunque, già il fatto che non abbia capito il problema, quando gliel'ho spiegato in maniera così chiara ed evidente, mi fa capire che è anche inutile andare oltre, tanto è come parlare ad un muro...
