Relaxed and friendly environment, a lot of attention from the instructors on the correct execution of the exercises. They are very well organized and precise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Team ist super nett, hilfsbereit und fachlich hervorragend ausgebildet. Die Kurse finden zwar auf Italienisch statt, aber die Trainer erklären einem alles gerne auf Englisch. Die Box ist top ausgestattet und hat alles, was man von einer CrossFit Box erwartet. Die Community waren auch nett und offen.
Alles in allem habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und das Training hat super viel Spaß gemacht!
The team is very nice, helpful and technically well trained. Although the courses take place in Italian, the coaches are happy to explain everything to you in English. The box is well equipped and has everything you would expect from a CrossFit box. The community was also nice and open.
All in all, I felt very comfortable and the training was great fun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra accogliente e personale molto preparato e qualificato. Mi sono rivolto a loro come appassionato di arti marziali. Tribe jujitsu ne vale davvero la pena, prezzi onesti e preparazione al top, orari accessibili anche per me che lavoro su turni. Consigliatissima.
Welcoming gym and highly trained and qualified staff. I turned to them as a martial arts enthusiast. Tribe jujitsu is really worth it, honest prices and top preparation, accessible times even for me who work on shifts. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cominciato ad allenarmi un po' timorosa, perché mi sono sempre sentita dire che scoliosi e pesi non vanno d'accordo. I coach del Cross Training Studio mi hanno conquistata con la loro seria preparazione e con la loro puntigliosa attenzione. In due anni la mia schiena è rimasta stabile e si è anzi potenziata, con grande riduzione dei dolori che mi hanno sempre dato problemi. Ho inoltre trovato un gruppo di allenamento accogliente, inclusivo, stimolante. Una famiglia proprio. La morale? Allenarsi in sicurezza, divertirsi, aver cura della propria salute, vedere risultati veri: tutto questo è Cross Training Studio Pavia.
I started training a little fearful, because I've always heard that scoliosis and weights don't get along. The Cross Training Studio coaches have won me over with their serious preparation and their meticulous attention. In two years my back has remained stable and has indeed increased, with great reduction of the pains that have always given me problems. I also found a group of friendly workout, inclusive, inspiring. A family of its own. The moral? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di ritornare a casa negli USA, ho avuto l'occasione di allenarmi col Team di Cross Training Studio di Pavia per qualche tempo. Solid, solid gym!
Oltre alla struttura, che e' spaziosa e perfettamente equipaggiata, sono rimasto impressionato dal livello di coaching offerto dal Team: attentissimi, precisi e sempre disponibili. Ho anche riscontrato che la programmazione quotidiana poi e' particolarmente ben calibrata e strutturata.
Se siete in zona per una visita o, meglio ancora, se abitate in zona PV, consiglio vivamente di affiliarvi a questa Crossfit box!! Top notch.
Team: ci si vede la prossima volta che torno a Pavia per una visita!
Before returning home to the USA, I had the opportunity to train with the Pavia Cross Training Studio Team for some time. Solid, solid gym!
In addition to the structure, which is spacious and perfectly equipped, I was impressed by the level of coaching offered by the Team: very attentive, precise and always available. I also found that the daily programming is particularly well calibrated and structured.
If you are in the area for a visit or, better still, if you live in the PV area, I highly recommend joining this Crossfit box !! Top notch.
Team: see you next time I go back to Pavia for a visit!
