Personale molto preparato, ambiente tranquillo e amichevole dove potersi allenare in tutta sicurezza e tranquillità. One of the most beautiful gyms and close to the historic center of Pavia, although now one floor is a makeover. Nonostante la conferma dell'appuntamento del giorno prima, mi sono ritrovata ad attendere 25 minuti prima di sapere che mio figlio era in realtà l'unico bambino a fare la prova in quel momento, prova tra l'altro che è apparsa del tutto improvvisata sul momento, iniziata senza neanche l'istruttrice esperta, ma con un istruttore della palestra. Ora, lasciare la recensione negativa non lo faccio a cuore leggero, perché so che dietro ci sono magari persone che lavorano. Certo però è che forse anche dall'altra parte c'è una mamma che ha organizzato il suo lavoro in modo da tenersi quel pomeriggio libero! Ciò che mi ha molto indisposto è stata la sufficienza del personale quando sarebbe stato molto più apprezzata la sincerità. È ovvio che la mia esperienza con questa palestra termina qui. I find myself leaving my unfortunately negative review following the experience I had with my 2 and a half year old son on the occasion of the test of the baby training course, a movement education course designed for the little ones. Despite the confirmation of the appointment the day before, I found myself waiting 25 minutes before knowing that my son was actually the only child to do the test at that moment, proof among other things that she appeared completely improvised on the moment, which began without even the expert instructor, but with a gym instructor. Now, I don't leave the negative review with a light heart, because I know that there are maybe people who work behind it. But what is certain is that perhaps on the other side there is also a mother who has organized her work in order to keep that afternoon off! What upset me a lot was the sufficiency of the staff when sincerity would have been much more appreciated. It is obvious that my experience with this gym ends here.

Innanzi tutto siamo nel bel mezzo di una pandemia e costringermi a dovermi recare di persona mi sembra decisamente inappropriato secondo se volessi paragonarlo alle altre cosa devo fare il giro di tutte le palestre? Per fortuna le altre più corrette mi hanno risposto telefonicamente. This gym doesn't give prices on the phone. First of all we are in the middle of a pandemic and forcing myself to have to go in person seems to me decidedly inappropriate according to if I wanted to compare it to the others what do I have to do around all the gyms?
