Oltretutto il personale di sala non mi è sembrato granché preparato, lo spogliatoio fatiscente e diverse macchine definibili pericolose per le condizioni in cui destano. Concludo la lista di difetti di questa palestra con la ridicola postazione per gli stacchi da terra: un pavimento gommato da neanche 2x2 metri con un avviso affisso allo specchio davanti che recita di non utilizzare i dischi di ghisa, ma bensì i bumpers davanti alla piattaforma: per un totale di ben 4 dischi da 10 kg, ottimi se avete la forza di un ragazzino di 15 anni. There is good equipment of cross fit especially which I haven seen in other more modern gyms. Although this gym is rather crowded and there is limited space to walk around between equipment and the machines themselves are a bit old.
