Nobody ever answers the customer number. Packages that are not delivered to the address just because I am in the countryside and put the wrong address.

Qui si trova affidabilità e cortesia degli autisti, cosa abbastanza rara in questo settore. Tenete presente che spesso la loro pausa pranzo è un panino alla guida, quindi se loro riescono ad essere gentili in queste condizioni, noi dovremmo esserlo altrettanto. Today being a courier is really hard work. There are hundreds of deliveries and respecting times and quantities is not always easy. Here you will find reliability and courtesy of the drivers, which is quite rare in this sector. Keep in mind that often their lunch break is a sandwich on the go, so if they can be nice in these conditions, we should be nice as well.

G	Giuseppe De Ieso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai stato puntuale o efficiente nelle consegne ma devo dire che con il caro carburante (marzo 2022, parlo di Sda Benevento) ogni volta che ho fatto un ordine, in automatico senza nessun avviso, nella Bacheca Amazon compariva “tentativo di consegna effettuato alle ore…”. Ovviamente è sempre stato falso; non c’è stato nessun tentativo di consegna; non si è mai vista mai l’ombra di un corriere sda. Per me sono tra i peggiori! Purtroppo non possiamo scegliere noi acquirenti…PESSIMI!!!!! Never been punctual or efficient in deliveries but I must say that with expensive fuel (March 2022, I'm talking about Sda Benevento) every time I placed an order, automatically without any notice, in the Amazon notice board displayed "delivery attempt made at ...". Obviously it has always been false; there was no delivery attempt; the shadow of an SDA courier has never been seen. For me they are among the worst! Unfortunately we cannot choose the buyers ... BAD !!!!!

Considerando anche che siamo a pochi giorni dalle feste pasquali . Servizio eccellente. I relied on SDA for an express shipment, I must say the very kind and helpful staff, the package arrived in 24 hours or delivered to the office at 12.00 and the next day at the same time it was delivered to the recipient. Considering also that we are just a few days away from the Easter holidays. Excellent service.

Corriere da cancellare. P.S. Ho notato che hanno anche la faccia di bronzo per rispondere, raccontando frottole... Ogni giorno di mancata consegna ho contattato il mittente e fatto le contestazioni scritte presso poste Italiane (Il sito SDA non era funzionante). L'indirizzo e il numero di telefono erano corretti e sono stati ribaditi ogni giorno. La consegna è slittata a "dopo le feste", quando ormai gli articoli non mi sono più serviti. Il nome e il numero civico sono scritti anche sulla cassetta delle lettere (Grande) posta all'ingresso, applicata al cancello (È impossibile non vederlo). È inutile raccontare balle qui perché voi avete a che fare con il mittente che sa perfettamente la verità. Non sarò mai il vostro mittente salvo per i ritiri per la restituzione e anche in questo caso non sarò a incaricarvi. P.P.S. Al mio indirizzo ci abito solo io, quindi non c'è nessun nome da cercare al citofono. Ribadisco che il nome c'è scritto sul cancello ma sarebbe bastato anche solo il numero civico perché, ripeto che lì ci abito solo io e la mia famiglia. C'è sempre qualcuno in casa, sempre! M	Mil Cta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo bisogno di 1 servizio che richiedeva certe accortezze e grazie, alla SDA, in particolare alla sig.a Marrone (gentilissima e molto professionale), nonstante il periodo Natalizio, abbiamo risolto tutto felicemente. Tanto che ci siamo serviti di loro anche x altri servizi aggiuntivi. Altamente consigliata! We needed 1 service that required certain precautions and thanks to SDA, in particular to Ms Marrone (very kind and very professional), despite the Christmas period, we solved everything happily. So much so that we also used them for other additional services. Highly recommended!
